Consistency, Docs, and QOL Improvements (#12)

- Fixed consistency around `()` use.
- Added `toBytes()` and `fromBytes(Array[Byte])`.
- Added missing ScalaDoc.
- Updated tests.
- Updated all dependencies to latest.
